Pressing Onward
We, like you, are experiencing unprecedented challenges. By God’s grace we are endeavoring to face these challenges with faith, not fear; wisdom not panic; and fact-based information, not rumors. We believe that if all of us endeavor to do the same, with hearts that are prayerful, humble, loving and generous, we can come out of this ordeal stronger on the other side.
I’m sure you’ve heard it said that “life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we respond to what happens to us. My prayer for all of us in these uncertain times is that we will find our strength in the Lord of mercy and grace, who alone can give us the courage, wisdom, and guidance we need for the days ahead.
I close by reading this blessing from this ancient sacred text of God’s holy word. It’s found in
